I wouldn’t put anything other than Liqui Moly in my Benz. I used to take my car to Wheel Works, but after long drives, it would smell like burnt oil. Switched to LM and started charging the oil myself. I’ve never smelled anything after that for years. It makes a difference for sure.

10W-40 full synthetic Mobil 1 fixed that on my 05 Rio with the B6 Mazda engine. The sound goes away shortly after an oil change and it stays away for about 2 or 3,000 mi until the oil breaks down and it starts to make the noise again.
changing the engine oil and using motuls 10w40 fixed it and getting mileage around 40.
I replaced the company oil to motul 10w40 engine oil, the changes weren't drastic but the milage and smoothness improved over the time
Done 2 oil changes so far and car has not used a drop of oil and I drive it pretty hard.
I’ve used Castrol and Castrol High Mileage on my Mk6. At just over 143K miles, I’ve had no engine issues at all.
Mannol is a legit brand. Although not as critically acclaimed like Liquimoly, Rowe, Fuchs, Addinol, or Ravenol. Probably on par with Voltronic.
