It had a Honda battery in my Subaru for years
Honda batteries (at least the normal-sized ones, not so much the little 151R's) are honestly pretty solid.
My go to now is odyssey, though they are fairly pricy. If i dont have a choice, like when my battery literally [exploded](https://www.reddit.com/r/Justrolledintotheshop/comments/pqcbcm/i_sounded_like_a_shotgun/], i get optima.
I swear by odyssey batteries in particular the pc1500st
I've installed the Odyssey Extreme battery in my Outback. These are AGM with 99% pure lead, not the alloy. Best battery I've come across.
With winter coming, I bought an odyssey extreme battery for my 2017. I’m not going to risk it.
I have one of these and its been perfect for 5 years with a 700watt sound system on a v8 truck.
The stock battery in my 2016 Honda died after four years.
Odyssey and wasn't a fan died quick
I installed the old battery after recharging it and it has been working great until now. The new battery was faulty and I ended up returning it for a refund.
