BMWs are super good on batteries. They seem to last 9 years or more even in the midwest with extreme cold.

I got a full ten years on mine. 2012 F30 320d that i've had from new, now got 85k miles.

I’m not satisfied with the range (70 miles) or the charging speed (max 19.2 kW via J-1772, taking 4 to 13 hours to charge) of the BMW batteries in my Lion Type C electric school bus.
Cons: poor range, slow charging speed
