Changed my battery this year on my 2005 e46 coupe. There wasn’t a date for the old one, but 3 codes and for one (H1B582092) ChatGPT said that it’s 2005 battery, which just sounds insane if true.

BMWs are super good on batteries. They seem to last 9 years or more even in the midwest with extreme cold.
