You can buy brembo, pads and rotors. I did.
Recenlty got myself Brembo rotors and Akebono pads (Honda Odyssey)
I bought Brembo blank disc with Bosch quietcast pad for my civic from rock auto , very satisfied with it, not much dust, quiet, stops well in rain.
As for brakes, I changed mine with Brembo OE discs and pads all round for about 1/8 of that price.

I just did this and did a ton of research. The brembo prime rotors were most expensive at rockauto but still cheap relative to oem and even autozone gold. I would go with any of the coated premium rotors, but for 20 bux more each at 60 bux they are still cheaper than OEM.
I’ve just installed the Brembos off rockauto, rotors and ceramic pads. They feel great for what they are. Paid $180 landed for the set, well worth it in my opinion.
I currently have Galfer, SRAM, and the Shimano Ice Tech rotors in 180/200-203.. Honestly…I’m hard pressed to tell the differences between them once I’m going downhill.
I bought the brembo blank rotors and they are awful. Warped in about a month even with proper break in
I bought brembo discs and pads in February for my MOT. First drive they give a final squeal when braking. So annoying. I asked him what the issue could be, and he said it's just what brembo brakes do and therefore he doesn't recommend them.
