Brake discs DBA or OEM Honda
You normally would never need to resurface the rear rotors on this car, we only resurface the front unless there's something really abnormal.
During my last service, I mentioned there was possible rocks or something rubbing in between the pads + rotors on one of the corners. They diagnosed and machining the rotors fixed it.
Buy DBA rotors and Bendix GCT pads from any SuperAutoCo- they have a great service life, make minimal dust and won’t warp on you.
If you replace. DBA rotors are probably as good as youre going to get locally.
DBA T3 rotors and QFM pads on mine.
I went DBA
Front rotors people usually get dba or ebc
Was literally checking out these rotors for our FJ Cruiser, a lot of other FJ owners use the T2 and T3 rotors but I really wanted to avoid a slotted rotor due to dust and wear concerns. Have a set of DVA XP pads in the meantime.
Never had any issues except warped rotors on one
as of now it's still got the OEM ones on the rear (and I failed to notice that they'd begun to warp due to already having swapped the front brakes back in August).
