Brake pads EBC or Textar
I can wholeheartedly recommend you to try some performance pads. EBC Green Stuff, sporty street and track use, €150,- and Yellow Stuff, track use, €215,-. That last set is designed to stop heavy SUV'S.
Just got EBCs through enjuku racing. Pads bought local, stops fine just fine.
New pads (EBC) are way better then the original ones. Swapped front ones a month ago and now rear.
Can't go wrong with EBC pads. Though I have not Auto-x'd with this car ,the RedStuff pads are pretty rugged and great for daily use. My R32 is my only car and my daily as well. Current set have been 100% but on the previous set of RedStuffs, I had one of the rear pads delaminate (just that one time/one set) . Have been using EBCs for the last 20+ years and they have been great overall.
EBC has been very good to me over many platforms last 20 years or so. Buy a package from whatever brand you choose. Matching pad compound to rotor is underrated .Longer bed in time with EBC but always a quality product.
Im running OEM rotors with EBC red stuff pads and they're working fine.
I've ran EBC RedStuff pads on my GTI and now my R and they are great. Any brake pad creates dust but these are a lot better than stock.
I replaced my front brakes recently with Textar pads and new Zimmerman rotors (non-PP brakes). Overall I am happy with them; I think they have a little more cold bite than the original pads do but are very similar to the stock pad compound. Original pads left deep grooves/ridges in the rotor around 55k miles. I don't track/autocross the car and I'm pretty easy on brakes. I also prefer and good cold bite which you don't always get with a ceramic pad.
I have good experience with Textar pads, both epad and normal ones. Currently I have ATE rotors, but they had to be resurfaced because of warping, so no recommendation from me
I faded the yellows a few times (on track) and they were way dustier than HPS.
