OEM BMW Cabin filter

It was $100 for the BMW cabin filter. After 20 min of trying to squeeze in to do it, I would say, that $90 was worth it for the cabin air filter.

Pros: worth the money
Cons: difficult to replace
Vehicle: BMW

OEM BMW Cabin filter

Have had my 2015 535i X drive for 3 months now and I love it. Was looking at B58 for a while, and decided to go with the one I have now because it had 80k miles, was in great shape and had good maintenance records.

Pros: great shape, good records
Vehicle: BMW
Mileage: 128747 km

Fram Cabin filter

I’d just get the standard FRAM, WIX, or so on if you wanted better airflow. If you don’t have bad allergies I’d just get regular since the benefit isn’t really noticeable otherwise, and then you get worse airflow.

Pros: better airflow
Cons: worse airflow

OEM BMW Cabin filter

I changed the micro filter, cabin filter, etc.. The smell seems to be strongest with heat set to 78 and when I am slowing down or coming to a stop and the auto engine shut off turns on and off.

Cons: smell getting worse
Vehicle: BMW X3

OEM BMW Cabin filter

Production markings on the side of the filter as shown in the pics above indicate that this is a BMW OEM part. I can’t imagine that Halfords would be installing genuine BMW filters. There’s no way that they changed this.
