Engine oil Castrol or OEM BMW
I highly recommend Castrol Edge 0w20 and Castrol edge 0w20 high mileage oil for your vehicle which requires 0w20 508.00 oil. 508.00 burns a lot. And I looked the additive in it. It is very cheap mixture. When I use regular Castrol edge it gives less oil consumption. Highly recommended for you.
Castrol gtx 20w50
I live in Oregon. I run 20w50 valvoline vr1 or Castrol GTX.
ive used Castrol in all my cars ive owned, One being a Kia, and then two Hyundai Velosters (VT and my N), so Castrol Edge 5w30 is what mine gets
I have a BMW e36 and it is standard practice to run an extra quart of oil at the track to prevent oil starvation and lifter tick. I have been doing it for years with dozens of track days along with many other people I know with no issues.
I've been using 15w40 diesel motor oil in the AMC/Jeep flat tappet engines for nearly 20 years. Castrol makes a line called GTX Classic that's formulated for flat tappet engines as well
I use Castrol Magnatec A3/B4 10W-40 part synthetic. 3 years now and no problems.
5W-30 Castrol C4, never fails with my Clio. DPF is safe and sound, no soot, no weird smells.
Doesn't really matter that much, we ran 0W-20 for a while and now have 0W-30 A5 in our Civic.
It is an oil from one of the lowest ranges of Castrol.
It is a 100% mineral oil, which is not good and therefore, in addition to greasing, cleaning and cooling less, it has a much shorter useful life, it needs more frequent changes, it is an oil how little/nothing is worth it for a motorcycle whatever it is.
