Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or Shell
I use Shell Ultra Helix 0W-30 but I mean I drive diesel idk how it looks like for n20 or b48 engines
I use Motorcraft or LiquiMoly for my oil... It does a great job too and tends to have less of the burned oil smell.
I use Liqui Moly Molygen Next Generation 0w20 because I get dirt cheap oil changes with it. Also, it glows in the dark which is pretty rad.
Brings me back to my WRX days, we all used to run Rotella T6 because it burned less oil thru our gigantic subaru ring gaps.
I always used Rotella 5w30 gas truck oil designed for “All Mileage” in my 2005 Nissan Frontier with 95k but it’s been discontinued. I really liked this oil as it seemed to be thicker and remained viscous for longer compared to others. My favorite part about it? NO LEAKS!
I used Shell Rotella T6 initially on my 2006 BRM...but have switched to Liqui Moly Toptec 4100 and find the motor runs smoother on LM over the Shell.
On my 2016 GTI with 211K on it, the only oil used was Liquimoly. From 0 miles to 200K miles it burned a quart every 3500 miles and that never changed at all.
Ive been using Liqui Moly for my E90s for the last few years now. Nothing but good results from my analysis reports.
Shell Rotella T6 5w-40 in my 09 e90 335d (m57)
Supposedly should be changed every 13k miles but I do 7500 to hopefully help extend the life of the timing chain.
I use Liqui-Moly Spec Tec 5w-30 in my ‘99 328i with 330k km on the clock, runs like a top
