Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or VALVOLINE
I've ran liquid moly strictly on my car.
Just change it.
I have a Yaris with 300,000 miles on it. All I use is conventional 5-30 Valvoline.
I always use VR1 (Valvoline) 20w50. Excellent oil. The car runs beautifully on it and has had no issues.
I use the red bottle in mine. I've found that it leaks/burns the least.
I have the VR-1 race oil on my MR2. Apparently some people said it made my car spit flames.
Liqui moly
As long as it meets the spec for the engine it doesn’t matter. I use Liqui Moly personally.
Running Liqui-Moly in my E46 M3, so far no complaints. Have put ~2k miles in the last 10 months, and the oil hasn’t been burning/leaking whatsoever!
I run LM on my track car and it’s fine . Drive 2.5 hours , beat the living shit out of it, drive home no issues
For 10W-60, if you compare the data sheets of every one available the Liqui-Moly is the closest in spec to the original Castrol TWS that the engine was designed for. That's why I stick with the LM after BMW and Castrol parted ways. Been using it in my cars and clients for 10 years now.
