Eu uso o mobil, mas vc pode usar o motul. Veja a especificação do óleo. O motul e o mobil são caros. O o Ipiranga e o Shell são mais em conta. O lubrax não recomendo. Por experiência melhor mesmo os dois que falei, motul e Mobil

I use the mobil1 0-40 in my non m z and also my diesel x5 it’s good oil readily availqboe for cheap at Walmart
I have used nothing but Mobil 1 FS for 20 years on all my cars and family vehicles. I’ve never had a reason to switch.
I've stuck with Mobil-1 changing it around every 5k miles and everything has been perfect.

Mobil 1, it’s better than 99% and you can get 4 quarts for $27 at Walmart.
I used to do 10k mile oil changes with Mobil 1 EP.
