Engine oil OEM Mazda or AMSOIL
I’m using Amsoil 0w-30 and am very pleased with it. Getting about 1 mpg better gas mileage and had the Amsoil lab analyzed after 3500 miles and numbers are better than what the factory oil showed. All added up, the Amsoil was better at protecting the engine.
Dominator is a excellent oil
Dominator is great in saws. The only issue is that I'm small saws especially, and at thicker ratios, like more oil than 40:1, some bike oils will not burn completely and will gum up mufflers, screens, piston tops. Mostly high performance racing oils.
Amsoil Z-rod. You need zddp or you can kiss your cam lobes good-bye.
I run 5w-40 in everything. Mazda Skyactiv, Toyota 3UR, Honda J35. They all like it and run quiet.
I run Amsoil in my 100% in my vehicles and lawn equipment. It’s synthetic, uniform, and has low volatility unlike petroleum based products. Less frequent oil changes.
Amsoil did pretty good, it beat out everyone else from that project farm oil series.
I use Amsoil 0W-20 508/509.
I bought a Mazda CX-5 dealer test car with 300 Km's on it back in 2015 when I moved up to Osaka. I drive a LOT and was getting the oil changed roughly every 5000 km's per Mazda's recommendation.
I run Amsoil in both of mine. Also use all their gear oil and transmission fluid
