Engine oil PENNZOIL or Lucas
I went with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-30. 20k on the clock of my 2023 and it doesn’t burn a drop of oil. I changed the oil at 1k and 3k after that and it always comes out looking beautifully.

Penzoil is the only "clean" oil. It's made from natural gas rather than crude oil. So that in itself is beneficial when talking about deposits left in your engine vs other oil brands.

I've been using Pennzoil Ultra Platinum since the first change in my 2016. Prior to that, I used it exclusively in my RX-8 that made it to 154k on the original engine.

My 2024 Toyota Rav4 Prime XSE has had 2 used oil analysis tests done at 4k and 8k miles on Pennzoil Platinum 0w-16 and Eneos 0w-16. Both results showed both oils shearing lower and out of grade to a 0w-8 viscosity at 100C in 4k miles.

Also when using thinner oils you should probably use a higher quality oil like penzoil or valvoline since they tend to have extra anti wear additives as oppose to garbage like mobile oil
