Engine oil PENNZOIL or Mannol
You can actually get decent quality oil which is not from an expensive brand for pretty cheap, particularly if you buy a 20l jug.
For example, Mannol offer fully synthetic oils which meet OEM specifications
Fuck Mobil 1. Get you some penzoil ultra platinum or better yet some amsoil. They’re both miles better than Mobil 1. I used to use Mobil before switching to penzoil. The difference was noticeable
Been using Mannol 5w30 Full Synthetic for past 35k miles now without any issues.
I use Full Synthetic ( Pennzoil Platinum). At 24K I really can't even tell the engine is running when I come to a stop, its just that smooth and quiet.
Pennsoil Platinum High Mileage 0W20. It seems to run best on it, at least among the wal mart oils.
For the UK, cheap and good: Mannol Fully Bi-Synthetic Engine Oil Longlife 3 5w30
The car runs well, no problems starting up, no significant oil burning.
I’ve used pennzoil platinum or ultra platinum on my 8th and 9th gen si. Never burns a drop in the 3.5k mile interval changes and I beat the thing like I stole it most days.
I use full synthetic all the time, either Pennzoil Platinum or Mobil 1.
I ran Pennzoil XLF in all my two strokes for years with no probs. Good price and readily available at Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc. Quality oil and lower smoke than many.
I use Pennzoil ultra platinum and my car runs great I change it every 5K. I use mazda oem oil filters since they don’t have the anti drain back valve.
