Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic. My 1988 740 has near excellent compression at 245k og miles.
At the very least, make sure you're using quality oil like Mobil or Castrol or Pennzoil.
I have a Svartpilen 401 2024 model. I did a 500 km ride recently, I didn't notice any drop in the oil level. In India, the engine oil used for these bikes is Motul 7100 10w50 Fully Synthetic.

I use Pennzoil Platinum 5W-30 in my 2011 328ix (N51) I believe that is the recommended viscosity.
Not a Tiguan thing, but I switched from Castrol to Motul oil and stopped the oil consumption I was having.
I use 5w-30 pennzoil ultra platinum full synthetic with the oem motor craft oil filter
I change my oil every 3k miles
That’s why I use MOTUL
I recently switched to fully synthetic motul 7100 10w50 too, which did help a little, but didn't solve the issue.
Don\u2019t buy the xcess version. Causes weird engine deposits. Stick with xclean.
