OEM Honda Headlights

For headlights there a tons of options. Personally I went with an OEM style with black housings, but you can find a bunch on ebay. Just be prepared for the clearcoat to wear out on them after 3 or so years if it lives outside.

Pros: OEM style, black housings
Cons: clearcoat wears out
Vehicle: Honda Civic

Finally got around to getting these signature headlights installed. They look soooo good! They are OEM halos and fit perfectly. I’m surprised that there’s no programming involved at all. Everything just works and I guess Mazda made them plug and play. Took about an hour to do the whole thing but definitely worth it!

Pros: look good, fit perfectly

I’ve had people flash their lights at our new Honda because they think the high beams are on. I feel bad but what am I supposed to do? That’s how the thing came from Honda.

Pros: new Honda, bright lights

I daily my ND3. It's still brand new so I'll see what I have in store as far as reliability and maintenance. I got the soft top club trim. I traded in an 01 Mazda Protege DX for it. I drive at night so I can confidently say that the headlights are by far the best I've had.

Pros: best headlights

I just fixed my 2016 Mazda6 for the second time through insurance. First time was a few years ago where the other was at fault and it was about $2500 for front bumper and grill OEM. This time they claimed it was my fault and repaired fender, bumper, headlight for also about $2500 after market parts. The next month my insurance went up from $700/6 mo to $1000/6 mo.

Cons: insurance rates went up

It’s a nightmare when I drive my 5 at night… being so low and everyone driving SUV’s the lights just wreck me constantly! Sitting at lights I basically have someone firing a torch directly into my rear view mirror.

Cons: lights wreck me constantly

As others have pointed out, the 2026 PP LEDs are the reflector type LEDs. When you're driving w/no other cars around you they seem okay. Then, when an LED projector styled vehicle comes along side of you, you'll notice that your PPs headlights are seemingly gone-overtaken by the projector styled headlights. I'll give them a 2.5/5.

Pros: seem okay without other cars
Cons: overtaken by projector headlights

Im flabbergasted looking through the comments at how many people have to be convinced that the headlights are extremely poor rather than discussing how to improve your lighting. I agree this 2025 crv has the most terrible lights I've ever had in my life. Its more terrible in the rain or snow at night.

Cons: terrible lights

Headlights are garbage… they use reflectors rather than projectors and so even though the led is bright, it is extremely diffuse. The diffuse pattern is particularly useless in heavy precipitation.

Cons: extremely diffuse

2025 Crv Hybrid Sport L. Headlights are garbage. Fine in dry weather, but when its raining, especially at high speeds on highway, they are too diffuse and wash out. I noticed that the lane keep assist also struggles to find the center bc it can’t “see” the lines. Awful awful awful.

Cons: too diffuse, wash out
