Headlights OEM Subaru or OEM Toyota
I have a 2024 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE and I couldn\u2019t believe how bright the lights were when I first drove at night. I had to pull over because I thought the high beams were on accidentally.
I have been worrying about this ever since I got my 2025 Crosstrek. These new headlights are much better for my lousy eyesight while I'm driving at night
I drive an Innova with stock lights and medium tint in expressways, skyway, main roads, side roads, thru rainy days and nights. No problem with my stock lights, I can see clearly.
The 2nd gen BRZ definitely had the best headlights out of any car I've owned or driven.
My 2021 Toyota Venza XLE was unable to unfold the power side mirrors, was failing to move the power seat to its presets, and had issues with the back up camera not showing any grid lines. I was also having issues with my right (passenger side) headlight and noticed that it had condensation in it.
Some modern headlights performance is poor, I assume due to getting the price down to a price point where HID / LED can go in every trim, not just the top trim. Toyota's are known for purple fringing, Tesla is known for excessive glare.
I rented one of this those recently and can confirm the headlights are insanely bright! I was so happy to go back to my little old dim-bulbed Camry.
i drive a 13 outback and the headlights are fucking PITIFUL. i drive with my brights on at night and i have never once been flashed
Since the night I drove my car home, I've been getting flashed by drivers while using my low beams.
I came to reddit to make sure I wasn't crazy. 2025 Impreza. I just got it and had it out at night for the first time last night. Same exact issues. Very odd cutout on the road in front of me. Very distracting.
