Ignition coil DELPHI or Bremi
I'd replace the FPR with a 3BAR since they are cheap and easy to replace and considering your mods. New coolant temp sensors for the same reasons as well even though you state they are ok. Coil could be an issue, no real need to upgrade the factory ones but a new one could resolve the problem (Bremi coils are using STI [brand not car] windings in the units).
I think the only difference is lifespan and reliability. I wouldn't cheap out on plug-on-coils because the budget companies don't take as much care with the wire insulation (apparently 2 different temperature ratings are acceptable, and the cheap companies use the lower temperature), coil material, or the epoxy that coats and insulates everything isn't as good or isn't applied as well.
I went with (6 of each) Delphi GN10168 coils & NGK 2262 spark plugs. $150 with 5% discount + shipping. I hope I made a wise decision.
Just installed the new coil and the car runs great. Very pleased with the results.
