Spark plug Bosch or OEM Volkswagen
I found a set that didnt get sent with my car for some reason when i sold it they are worth the money my idle smoothed out with the bosh compared to the autolite 63's
When it was time for my 80K service I used Bosch FR7HPP222 plugs gapped at .040. The current owner is now at 110K and the car is running great.
For the cars that call for the silvers as the OE plugs, there is no better choice [than the silvers].
about ten years ago, when my Beetle was my DD, I used nothing but Bosch Super (the cheap copper ones) and never had an issue.

i have been using the W7DTC plugs and they have been working great for me..my car is always held way up in the rpms..they have never fouled out or caused me any problems..and i get 8 of them for 30 CDN... seat of the pants tells me i like them better than my old platnums..the car idles better with them.. they are worth a try
They have 2 electrode and yttrium content with copper core. First, the car idle better now than with USED NGK 3 prong spark plug. The idle is lower at 800rpm(new spark plu gap) compared to 920 with NGK (bigger gap) The stock spark plugs were hafl used, white-black color but with some yellow tiny dots on electrode surface whats this ???? I went for a run and these spark plug are not made for high rpm use.. The engine noise is metallic above 4k and it doesnt pull like used but in shape NGK plugs. The spark plug gap is too small I think. I will check my mpg and report this later.
I have bosh platnum on there and they look like crap after 2,000-3,000 miles.
My OEM coil was failing at the time, & I replaced the plugs from Bosch -+4's to NGK V-Powers (copper)so I'm sure the plugs contributed aswell. It always took afew extra cranks to start with the Bosch +4s......
i just changed my spark plugs, figuring i would do a tune-up before winter..the car was running fine before..changed the oem plugs that were in them to bosch +2's..well that was when the misfiring started...the car at low rpm's, lets say, 1500rpms, would stutter if i tried to full throttle it,...but when i get to about 2500rpms the stuttering would stop
