Tires BFGoodrich or MRF
I have an 05 Silverado 1500, the KO2s have been incredible! They are smooth on the highway and have a 50k mile warranty. I have taken them cross country and in the snow up in the Rockies (4WD of course but still). Worth every penny in my humble opinion.
I'm usually able to get 4 BF Goodrich tires for a Toyota at Costco for about $400 installed. I keep an eye on sales and deals and when it's time I make my move. Been doing this for about 15 years and always able to find them in that range. Also come with included tire rotation and roadside service.
The best tires i got were bfgoodrich all terrains for the truck and general altimax arctic winters for the civic.
Excellent traction! His are E rated because he does tow so it rides pretty stiff. He said a lower rated tire would probably be more compliant. He said they're the best tires he ever had.
I have the BFGoodrich G-Force Comp2 and love them. They're a high performance all weather and they handle real well, plus look really sleek!
The Wildpeak AT3W's with the 3 peak rating were stock on my '20 JTR (33's). I swapped them to my old YJ when I immediately put 3 peak KO2's (35's) on my big Jeep. I like the KO2 VERY much, and I've bought many MANY sets of them.
KO2s all day. Even with the doors off, i cant hear the tires like i could with my G2's. Not knocking my G2s, but that KO2 is awesome.
I just paid 849 installed at Costco for the bfgoodrich advantage control the prices are crazy right now I don’t recall ever paying that much and that’s on sale I also have a Honda Accord
K02’s have never given me a problem. Switched to Toyo ATII’s once and hated them.
I had the same issue with my ko2s. Stock 2021 off-road on 265/70/16 E load. The shitty oil change place I went to balanced them with about 30 pounds of weights. Had crazy vibration in my steering wheel and seat where it felt like I was going over moguls.
