Tires BRIDGESTONE or Kumho
Run S21 (2.2bar front/ 2.1bar rear, cold)on CBR600 1998, intermediate+ level , nice wearing, quiet hard rubber so i can make 8 track days with rear and maybe 12/14 track days. They become a bit slippery when reaching wearing limit, but still manageable.
I had them in my r6 and they were sticky enough and confidence inspiring enough to let me reach mid-intermediate pace on my first day out. Great tires.
S22 are the lords tire. I used them through intermediate group and it’s the only tire I’ll ever use on the street
Bridgestone weather peak is far and away the best all season I've used. Good in the winter & a solid daily driver tire the rest of the year.
Bridgeston are super dourable tho, i got then on my mercedes sprinter generator 3,4 tons and they handle and last well, all seasons aslwell
V730 are perfect. The wear like iron, are very predictable and most important for a track day tire- don’t have heat cycling issues.
Bridgestone A005 is exceptional in non-snowy conditions and definitely weaker in snow (but still miles ahead of any summer tyre). It is just tuned more towards mild climate and will get you home safely when you come across snow.
I've had sidewall bubbles after pothole impacts on two previous low profile run flat Bridgestone tires which were on previous BMW's
I'm not a fan of Blizzaks because I find they're no where near as good in the 2nd/3rd+ season as they wear.
Tell you what I wouldn't recommend: Kumho Solus, thanks to which my car now tends to pull itself in different directions on freeways with the cut-in rain channels.
