With a set of Continentals, I was pretty much able to drive with impunity, even the heaviest rain.
Contentinal DWS06 - probably my favorite daily driver Tire I’ve experienced, for the extremely health blend of comfort, performance, road noise, longevity. These tires are underrated. So perfect on my partner’s JSW TDI.

Got some Continentals, (Dws06 Plus) they feel great. Minimal road noise. Nice grippy feel. Feels like I'm on train tracks.
Why I run continental supper contact tires. Great in wet and amazing in dry weather
From my experience between PSS and CSC05's The Contis are a lot less sticky (comparatively anyway) and have a bit more flex.
I've had 2 failures with Continental tires.. One was the DWS and the other was a ContiSport?.. both were sidewall failures. The ContiSport tire broke its band, and the tire became distorted, while the DWS tires softer sidewall was cut open when my wife hit a pothole.
