I did 15k mi on a rear Dunlop RoadSmart II and 25k on the front.
My rear tire lasts 12000 miles or 20000 kilometers easily, the front probably more.
235/35/19 Dunlop sp winter Max or whatever they are called. Absolutely love them.
• Front wheels has stock dunlops and rear wheels has all season but forgot the name. Gonna get new sets before next winter starts.
I have Dunlop Direzza ZII Star Specs, there's a Dunlop Direzza ZIII now. I like them because although they're not quiteee as grippy as the RE71r, I've heard the RE71rs lose their grip after just a few heat cycles. These Dunlops are supposed to hold up better to heat cycling.
My Dunlop wintersport 3ds have 4 seasons on them right now, this will be their last. they are not as good as they were new, but they are decent and predictable.
I think the dunlops will wear out faster than the michelin , in my experience .
IME Q3+s cool quickly and then disappear. Massively overrated tire
The last set of Dunlop’s were ass. Doubt these are much better.
I immediately took them off my STI and swapped to pilot sports. Sold the tires for 150$ to some kid in college. Put 75 miles on them I think. Horrible tire, horrible handling, horrible tread wear. HORRIBLE
