Falken Azenies are also pretty darn good.

I run falken tyres have done now for about 5 years! Mainly just because I liked the look of the tread patterns ???? no issues so far though!
Falken Wildpeaks A/T3W. They are great in rain, mud, snow, and are not loud on the highway. A bit pricey though, about $220 per tire.
I have dailyed falken 660's, and re71r's (the old version) and would just go through a set a year. When they are done you can tell a difference when it rains and will slip very easily at stoplight.
our falkens were junk at 30-35K and glad when they got tossed.
My experience with minions as a casual rider in the DFL class of my local DH races is that they leak sealant out the sidewalls, don't have a good transition when leaned over, and tend to roll off the rim.
