Tires Firestone or KENDA
I got some Kenda tires last year, still driving great
Firestone has Suredrive tires that are basically rebranded Kuhmo Solaris TA71s right in your range. Good reviews on Reddit. I just bought a set today. Seem quiet.
I run Kenda fat tires. I have 1600 miles on them, and I ride on all terrain. Barely worn at all.
Put your size in Google and find something cheep. Kendas are cheap and reliable if they are available in your size.
Don't know what they make in Miata sizes, but kenda for me. Counterintuitive because they've relatively expensive, but I generally get 2x the tire life I was getting from ironmans, which more than makes up for the difference in cost.
When I bought my Jeep it came with 37’s on it and I didn’t want to downsize so I ended up with Kenda klever RT for 1300 for all 4 which is cheaper then the Mickey Thompson a I run now ???? but they performed pretty damn well through the winter very predictable tire when breaking free. Ran them for close to 50,000 miles
Kenda Klever. I have personally used the AT2s and RTs and they are both great
From just some small spirited driving this weekend they feel softer than Continentals and like they are rolling under the rim.
Heads up, the **Firestone Primewell Velera HT** tires are **JUNK**. I paid all most 1K for a set and less then a year later they started to separate. The store replaced one and then about 6 months later a second and third tire repeated the issue. Ride has always been crap
I've had them on my Tacoma for about 20-25k miles and they've gotten really bad on wet pavement lately. 90% of my driving is on pavement and these things are becoming a liability after it rains.
