I LOVE the Indy 500’s. They grip the road extremely well even in rain. It’s the only tire I put on my Mustang, past and present.
Up to you, but I wouldn't go high end on a C1. I wouldn't cheap out but go midrange. Something like Firestone MultiHawk 2s.
I like my Firestone destination at2 tires
I recently got the Firestone destination xt’s and they’re great. I only had Goodyear duratracs to compare to, but it was a vast improvement.

Currently running Firehawk Indy 500s on my MK7.. Great grip, little to no road noise, a bit cheaper than the Michelins....
Therefore Firestone builds a tire that doesn't require tire blankets to have a safe level of performance.
A set of studded Firestone winterforce..
7 seasons and still great.
Versatility is not a benefit if the rain tire or dry tire is suitable in the conditions, because they could just run that tire.
Firestones don’t last, Michelin are worse, and Vredestein are hard to find, and replace.
