Tires Firestone or Sailun
I replaced my great condition hankook run flats with cheapo firestone weathergrips and they are better in every way. Warm weather, cold weather, rain, snow.. Better traction and ride comfort across the board.
I like firestone firehawk indy 500. summer tire. sticky. reminds me of the old yokohama S.Drive. Plenty of grip wet or dry, and in dry it's the only one that's let me put down full power coming out of a corner without going all spastic or lighting the traction control lamp.
Put Firestone Destination AT2s on mine. Great tire and good meaty look. The positive is that fuel economy only went down by 2 to 24.7 from 26.7.
I have had the Winterforce ones for a couple years now. They seem to be good tires.
I have just about 10k miles on my Sailun ERange and I have found them to be a great purchase. I noticed better traction in rainy/wet conditions and a slight decrease in noise. I just need to experience some snow and ice to see how they do.
They're actually pretty good especially for the price in terms of snow and ice performance. Very comparable to the top brands. It's a bit louder though.
Sailun makes a great tire for the price though, I ran my last set of ATs for 50,000 kms and still had enough tread life to get $200 for them on Marketplace.
Firestone Indy 500
Firestone sucked for the majority of the season. Not only have their hard/soft offerings missed the mark, but they are now completely willing to show up with indestructible tires which are totally unsuitable for modern competition.
Heads up, the **Firestone Primewell Velera HT** tires are **JUNK**. I paid all most 1K for a set and less then a year later they started to separate. The store replaced one and then about 6 months later a second and third tire repeated the issue. Ride has always been crap
