Tires Goodyear or OEM FORD
I got 4 new Goodyear assurance on my civic for about 450 on some sale, through goodyear's website. The techs fucked up my tpms, but the tires are noticeably better than the old ones.
Got winters and they make a huge difference.
knew I should have replaced them before we left - New Goodyear Endurance all the way around
If it's warm I'd recommend considering the Goodyear SuperCar 3. It is faster than the RS4 or RT615k+, better wearing than the RE71/Rival/Yok.
You can still buy "PNEUMANT" Tires in Germany and Austria.
Went with Goodyear WinterCommands in 215/65/17 on VW steel rims. Worked them into the deal when we purchased the Tig. Definitely didnt want to run 19s in the winter.
When I bought my car it had a mix of winter tires and odd budget tires all round. I got all 4 replaced for some decent Goodyear eagle F1's with balancing and tracking and had no regrets.
They worked great when I had them but wore very quickly for me. I have cooper st maxxs now and they have been basically the same but have lasted longer.
I’m at 34k on my 17 and need new tires, so yes seems like a few people on here have similar issues. Worst tires I’ve ever owned.
Mine only made it about 20k. They aren't very good off-road tires either.
