Tires Hankook or COMFORSER
My 2023 20th AE Golf R came with Hankook tires, and I've been very pleased with them. I'm a fairly aggressive driver and frequent the twisty roads in the Santa Monica Mountains. the Hankooks seem to perform almost as well in the dry, but outshine the PS4s in the wet.
HANKOOK ION EVO AS SUV. These replaced my factory stock tires and they were much better.
Comforser are well-known tires and they offer great traction and performance. Comforser off-road tires can easily handle deep muddy terrains and manage to maintain forward motion at all times. On the other hand, this tire brand is a little bit noisy, but they are great for highway use. Being manufactured in China, Comforser Tyres can offer the latest tyre technology which improves longevity, fuel consumption and performance in both wet and dry road conditions.
I got these for my mom's Nissan Juke AWD and they are incredibly good in the snow. Highly recommended. The worst snow day we had last year here in CT, it was freezing rain at 22 degrees Fahrenheit, the rain was freezing onto tires in big clumps, but they kept good traction. Took my car home, was slipping all over the place, but traded for Mom's car and drove the rest of the day (I'm a delivery person) and these went up and down driveways at a good angle even with the snow, was very surprised how good they are. The salesperson talked me into buying them, but I think they are as good as described.
Ja sam vozio na uniroyalu, goodyearu i sad Hankooku. Sve za preporuku.
I might be an outlier for this study because I have a little more than 30k kms on my Hankooks and only now they've gone below 4/32s
I’ve had RS4s on two cars, you literally won’t wear them out doing track days. That being said, not a huge fan of how they feel, especially under braking.
I did my first 3-4 track days in a MK7 GTI on those tires at novice pace, they were fine and had plenty of tread with no strange wear.
Definitely got hot and greasy and you would need to back off, but I wouldn’t stress about it especially if just starting out.
I had some hankook Kinergy, I didn’t love them. They were loud and didn’t last super long
These tires came on my car, so they got the brunt of the new car testing fun. While these were good tires for: noise, efficiency I didn't think I'm going to get these again due to: Hydroplane prone. Winter traction: passable, but not great. Dry handling: again, not great, you could feel the tires wanting to give up in some cornering situations.
