Tires Hankook or Kumho
I’ve run Hankook tires on my cars in the US and they’re good quality.
I run Ventus V2's on my daily. No issues. Maybe slightly loud but for the price it's hard to beat for all seasons.
My mechanic recommended Hankooks, all season with a smooth hwy ride…1 inch taller. I like it a lot
I second the kumhos v730. For the price they are pretty hard to beat. They don’t heat up as fast as ao52’s but the grip level is similar and they last longer
I have NC Miata and run Kumho V730s as a track and autocross tire. Might be like 0.5 sec off the fastest tire over a 60 sec course and holds up well on track.
I bought Kumho a/s for the first time this summer and I am very happy with them so far.
I have a set of Kumho A/T tires on my beater 4runner and tbh they’re not snow tires and they’ve still been fantastic in the snow. Don’t have the best ride quality, but I’ve thoroughly liked them for the last 35k miles.
The only tire I've had that didn't feather in the rear was the Kumho ECSTA Platinum LX. But, it's easy to brake the tires loose on APR Stage 1.
I have only had my GLI for 10 days, and I can already tell it could use better tires than these Kinergy GTs.
I never realized how bad the Kinergy GT's were until I got some Continental DWS06's. They really are a terrible tire OP, definitely worth replacing altogether
