Tires Hankook or YOKOHAMA
yokohama is better. i believe nankang is budget shit
Hankook a trusted quality brand as well
the fleva v701 is a much better tire but even then there are still better options
I had yokomaha parade spec 2's on a couple of cars and loved them, grip for days and decent in the wet, my favourite tyre ever
Just got my hands on the Hankook ventus prime 4 quiet, soft, calm, sticks to the ground and doesnt suffer on cornering or handling no understeering or whats so ever. Highly recommend either the bridgestone or the hankooks especially for long drives.
I've had the At3s on my '24 OBW for almost 6000 and they are great. Ride just like the stock Yokohama Geolander. Gas mileage didn't suffer, and they are great off road.
Here’s an update on the Hankook tires. They are notably more efficient than the Pirellis. My daily commute was showing an average energy use of 285 Whr/mile pretty consistently. For the past month, it is now at 235 Whr/mile. This is in addition to being notably quieter over most road surfaces.
Slower but vastly more durable tire > outright pace for an 8 hour enduro. And the answer to that is, as always, Hankook RS4.
I’ve used both Yoko Geolanders and Nokian Outpost APT on my 2020 & 2022 OBXT and Nokians are better in rain & snow, and less weight.
Only experience with OE Hancocks was on a VW Passat. Took delivery on new car and drove home from the dealer in a snow storm and it was the most severe case of white knuckle syndrome ever. The car was absolutely dangerous and scary.
