Tires Laufenn or MRF
I have Laufenn G Fit, also a Hankook value brand made in Indonesia. They're fantastic on my small 2600# Honda. But I also waited 200 miles to check wet traction on an empty road and it was fine. My tires were also rated horrible in the rain. With a break in I cant find fault in normal driving.
Pros: fantastic, fine wet traction

Laufenns are great. I run G fit AS year round in the snow on both of our cars.

I had Bridgestone B250 165/80 R14 as stock on my Ritz 2011, those were very bad at braking performance, and didn\u2019t provide any kind of comfort at all, even the underbody touched a few speed breakers when the car was fully loaded. But then I switched to MRF ZLX 185/70 R14 tyres and those were in a league of their own, great braking, comfort and much less body roll.

I worked as a tyre fitter and wheel alignment mechanic for quite a number of years and those Laufenn would be by far the best and are actually quite good tyres. Have them on my BMW.

Laufenn is a budget division of a budget/mid range brand (hankook) so the overall longevity and quality of the tire maybe isnt the same as higher end brands like michelin, continental or pirelli.
Cons: lower longevity, lower quality
I have had a similar experience, yes that's the procedure. The tire will be sent to MRF'S factor or Lab, from where they will confirm that it's a manufacturing defect not the users problem. They will give you a replacement.

I too had a similar experience with MRF ZVTV - it was attributed to external damage and wasn’t covered under warranty. Had to get the tyre replaced.

My car completed 14.8k kms, and I noticed this bulge on the right rear tire. The tires are MRF Ecotred that came with the car. I didn't notice it anytime before so I don't know when did it show up.
