Tires MICHELIN or Achilles
stick to the road in both dry and wet driving.
Excellent tyres for everyday driving. Very comfortable and very little road noise.
PS4 def handles better, especially in the wet
Michelin PilotSport 5 - fantastic tyres. Historically ran Bridgestone RE003 and Pirelli P Zero, since getting the Michelins have not looked back.
Best brand of tyres out there, hands down.
fairly quiet and last for ages.
Great wet/dry performance and promised longevity that is yet to be seen.
Handle great in the wet and last pretty well even with a heavy high HP car.
I switched from Road 4 to Road 6. I used both tires for around 2 years and 25,000 km, and went back to Road 4 (I wasn’t looking for Road 4, it was in stock and around %30 cheaper). In my experience, the cold grip on Road 4 is much better, and even after they heat up, Road 4 still feels like it has better grip. Additionally, I noticed that the bike pulled slightly to the left with Road 6.
I got the Pilot Sport AS 4. And I really regret it. I have 13% less range after 4000 miles on the new tires so the tires are broken in and now I have to live with the range.
