Tires MICHELIN or RIKEN
I have Michellin AS4's and am in love with them. Compared to the OEM tires that were on there, these make cornering and the overall driving experience much more fun.
I've always had Michelin X-Ice and they're quiet, last a good while and are very good in snow and ice up here in Canada.
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, highly recommend.
I run PS4AS's on my R, and I've been VERY happy with them. Good all-season tire that performs almost as well as PS4S in the dry.
I had the cross climate2 installed last fall and I'm very happy with them. I researched all season tires and found more positive information on the cc2 than others.
Just an amazing tire with consistent top customer reviews.
I got the Michelin pilot sports. They seem good so far.
I think such soft compound can go over the recommended 5-6 year. I have run similar tires (Michelin PSS) tires for 10 years without trouble.
Cheap tires are loud tires. I've always had cheap tires and I'm getting tired of all the constant noise. I think next time, I will splurge and get some Michelin.
I swear by myselfthat those tires SUCK!!! Consider that they came stock on my gsr wen it was stock and torqueless and well come rain, come slipping on a normal turn with a car that didn't produce any torque below 5k rpms as opposed to a gti below 2k rpm..
