Tires MICHELIN or Toyo
Eu am cumpărat Michelin Crossclimate și sunt foarte bune.
I love them on my Passat. I also love doing 70 in snowstorms, don’t think you get many of those in Texas
I had these on my V90 for 3 years. Fantastic all-season tire that worked great in the snow during ski trips. Pretty quite at highway and wore great. If not driving in snow/ice I think it's overkill but 100% would buy again.
The Michelin Energy Savers are great, and I never had a budget tyre come close.
I replaced mine this year and went with the Defender 2, not sure if you’ve considered them instead of the CrossClimate2. Love them so far, very quiet and smooth, and I find they handle water way better than the stock Nexens.
UK and lots of those are available, I run Toyo R888s on my Elsie and they Road Legal (I sprint/hillclimb in a road legal class)
Michellin is always the go-to high end rubber for those who are flying with cash. Pilot Sport Cup 2/2R or Pilot Sport 4S for the wet. Pilot 4S I think is one of the best regarded tire in wet conditions & generally an amazing all-rounder.
We may have to send your original tires to a museum as the longest lasting Michelin Energy Savers!
The OEM Toyo A36 tires on my car started cracking badly at just 39,600 miles. After driving just 12 miles on the new Pirellis, here’s my honest take:
They are NOT any quieter than the Toyos.
I’m hearing pretty much the same road noise I had with the OEMs.
The Defender IIs aren't like the Defender LTXs that I had 2 sets of previously. These new ones were unacceptably noisy and rough riding.
