Tires Nexen or Maxxis
Ja sam zadnje zimske uzeo Nexen (to je neki korejski brand), prije 4 godine, neka mid cijena je bila. Skroz sam zadovoljan sa njima. Nikad nekog problema nisam imao, prosle godine su mi otisle ljetne pa sam uzeo Nexen ljetne. Meni za mojih 20k godisnje sto predem su top izbor.

Ciao tutti, riprendo questo mio thread perché dopo un paio di giorni di ricerca avrei adocchiato le Nexen N'Fera SU4 XL che pare abbiano un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo (le ho trovate a 57€ l'uno). Tyre-reviews ha delle ottime recensioni a riguardo.

Got a flat replaced with a neven tire and it barely wore at all after 15000 miles, replaced the other 3 when they wore out with nexen tires and they grip well. No problems at all.

As others have stated, it is important to factor in the tire's width when discussing the transition zone on the DHF. I love the 2.3 DHF. I find the 2.5 to be very good, but less predictable.

You can look into Nexen. Korean brand. Not as cheap as the Chinese brands but not as expensive as the known brands. I fitted these on my Tiguan last year. Take my anecdotal experience with a grain of salt, but the ride felt quieter with the Nexens vs the Bridgestones it had on before.

I ran two sets of nexen su1 across 80kkm on a 10 yo + Subaru legacy 3.0r a few years ago.
They were fine. Good grip in the wet. Only grumble I had was they were a bit noisy

I currently have a set of nexen hp 265/35/r22 102v on my truck and 2 of the tires are splitting in the sidewalls..but I've had them almost 7 years and the tread still holding strong. Smooth ride its just the two with sidewall splitting

Tried a DHF for the first time yesterday. That vague transition zone is REAL and I did NOT like it.

Just replaced them last Spring with Nexen. I had problems then. One was already replaced. Well, I need to replace another one because the low pressure signal keeps coming on.
Yes; it's cold but I shouldn't have to put air in the same tire 5+ times a week. And that same tire had issues when it was on the back driver side (before the rotation).
