I had a set of Nexen Aria A7's on my GMC Terrain, I got 52,000 miles out of them and they gripped just fine and were quiet. For the money they are a good tire. They are a Korean brand, not some fly-by-night Chinese garbage brand.
All are legit, and I would also vouch for Nexen. I put a set of Aria AH7 on my '19 Fusion, and they are quite nice for the price.
A car I bought had fairly new Nexen tires on it. They lasted 75,000 miles, were quiet, and had decent traction in the rain (Florida).
In the winter im running the newest Nokian Hakkapeliitta's (9 now getting the 10 after the next winter).
Nokian Hakkapeliitta's with studs, you could climb a tree with them! By far, the best special winter only tires period, full stop!
Nexen makes some really good tires... I have used the N5000 Platinum and Plus, and the Roadian HTX and they have been excellent...

But looking at your current tire and the one you're looking at, it looks like you are more budget minded... consider the Nexen N5000 Platinum. I've had those and their predecessor (N5000 Plus) on a few vehicles and were more than impressed with the tire in general for what you pay for it, and noise was always very low.
The N3000 is ok. Had them on my A4 Avant when I bought it. Dry grip is pretty good, and they do ok in the wet, too. Definitely lacking in grip compared to something like PS2s but not bad. Sidewall is moderately soft and they wear quicker than expected.
IMO those tires were bottom of the barrel. I would just replace.
