Sailun ok naman sakin.
I got two new tires Friday from Discount Tire, Nexen N Priz AH5. I made an appointment, and after tires, installation, and tire disposal fee it was $268 and I was in and out of there within the hour.
I run these on my R in the winter in 235/40r18. They do fine in midwest winters. Handled about 4-5 inches of snow, some slush, some freezing rain/ice. No complaints from me for the price
Sailun is a cheap Chinese brand but it's damn good in the winter. I think the WS1 or WS2 (studless) is what I had on a rwd car and it handled better than some name brands.
I have run them for the last 2 winters and they are great. Quiet, good handling and decent traction.
I just had my worn out Continental PureContact LSs ( great tire while they lasted ) replaced with a set of Sailun ERange. It felt life I was driving granddad's Buick on the way home.
SU1 is not the top of the tires for performance cars... they get hard and noisy with time.
Hello. I bought Nexen N'Fera Primus summer tyres for my and my brother's cars. My experience was ok, but my brother had a problem when one wheel just blew at a speed of 70 km/h. I sent the tire to the dealer. They answered it was hit and denied replacing the tyre. Unfortunately, the wheel was dirty because the car, after the tire was blowing, got to a gutter. But the blew part of the tyre was clear and you can see that rubber was damaged from inside. Tyre side is very soft. Poor tyres and poor service. Not recommend it.
Horrible tires. I have had 2 side wall blow outs with these tires, one on a very busy highway, late at night and almost got unto a horrible accident. Avoid these tires at all cost.
