I actually also like the NT-05 for track days primarily for the price. They are about as good in the dry as the RE-11's, better than the PSS but tend to get a bit noisy on the highway at certain speeds once they start to wear down.
While 255/35/19 still worked just fine, I feel that 245/35/19 is the best set up on a 19x8.5 rims. the outer lip of the tires will protect the rims, as the 245 tires will not be stretched on 8.5 rims.
I like the nitto 555r but smallest they have is 245/50r16.. would that fit on a 16x7 rim?
Never had any issues with neogen, had them on quite a few sets of wheels.

I've got a bit over 7000 miles on them and I have the same impressions. I really enjoy these tires. Quiet, sticky, great wet traction and dry. Very very happy with them.
I have these on my MKV R32 and love them. They are the best tires I have had on this car (previously Sumitomo HTR P01 A/S which were the LEAST durable tire ever and OEM stock dunlops) These are the most quiet, grippiest, most comfortable tires I have used.
I went with the neo gens (205/40) they do stretch good however the sidewall is noticeable bigger than the 195/40 federal.
Cons: **** tires from factory. Giti.
I've had the Nitto Ridge Grappler in a 285/76r16 for about a year and a half now with about 19k miles. I just went in to get them rotated and they told me I should consider new tires, because they're down to 4/32 in the middle and 7/32 along the edge. Of course they also don't have a mileage warranty, so I'm disappointed to say the least and won't be buying them again.
