Tires OEM Mazda or Tesla
I commuted 100 miles a day in my CX5 in snowy Maine. I had a 6speed manual transmission and snow tires and never had a problem.

I also swapped the stock tires for A/T tires, mostly for the looks, but they actually helped in sand and rough surfaces.

Burned through my stock tires super fast. They lasted 16k miles. Got me some Michelin CrossClimate IIs and they still look almost brand new, even after 35k additional miles.
Pros: long lasting tires
Cons: stock tires wore quickly

I've just fitted my third set of tyres. First two sets lasted 36k and 45k (km).
Pros: replaced tires

Hope ICE repair shops can transition to EV repairs. We wont need regular maintenance but we will need a lot more tires (lol) and brake maintenance since we dont use them as much (rust avoidance).

Still need tire shops. Everything else that is ICE specific will shut down.
On a Tesla yes
only issue i have is the car eats tires, 10-12k miles a set currently

I've noticed that tires go fairly quick on my Mazda3

I club race an NA Miata and I'm $40k in before you count recurring costs like tires, fuel, entry fees, etc. Its an expensive sport!
