Tires PHANTOM or LANDSAIL
i have landsail ls588 UHP tires (245/40 R18) on stock rims. they are phenomenal for the price in my opinion as they run quiet and have tons of grip.
Pros: quiet, tons of grip
I would look into a set of Landsails or Advantas. Both have solid mileage warranties and are nowhere near Goodyear and Michelin prices.

Currently, running Phantom C-sports. Have 25k on these...and they are wearing o0n target to reach the 50k guarantee.

Grip will be more than fine. Nice soft compound. Performance will be lovely. At first. They will not last. Structural failures before tread is used up, are common. But new is better than old, so if that's what you can afford, go for it.

They were fine for my mini cooper in Southern California. I’d get the warranty tho!

Don’t go with phantom I work at discount tire and I’ve heard so many people say that if there’s even a little bit of water on the road they lose traction

The real criminal act they committed is putting Landsail tires on. That kind of rubber gets you killed. Never, ever save on tires.
