Tires Pirelli or Goodyear
Pirelli Scorpion SF2 275/45 R21 din 2023, 0 probleme indiferent de conditii meteo.
I love mine in the great lakes region and cannot wait to get at least 50k miles since my Goodyear's and Pirellis were bald before 40k.
I went w Pirelli All Season UHP in standard size and they are exceptionally good in dry, wet, “wintery mix” and snow. This is my sixth German AWD car, from Audi, BMW and Merc and by far the best in dry and snow conditions.
These tire/wheels were purchased from Tire Rack in the early spring of 2025. Pirelli Cinturato Weatheractive with approx 4,000 miles Size: 245/45/18, XL rating, no repairs Borbet Type W Machined face with gloss black accent Size: 18x8, 5x112, +40, 23.5 lb each, with Tirerack TPMS sensors Black lug bolts, bolt covers and VW OEM emblems installed. My old '94 Blazer, shod in her Pirelli Scorpions, wrap around rock bars, Vortec V-6. Unstoppable.
For the last few years there's been a lot of front left punctures, so they've capped the tyre stints at 25 laps on safety grounds.
I just swapped my Pirelli's (22" OEM) for winter tires.
Do not get the P-Zeros trashhhh tire, very stiff I tried them on didn’t like em, way too much cabin noise Continentals are good, idk where you live but if you got the cheddar, go Michelin pilot sport all seasons. If you have a big o tires near your area they might be able to hook you up
My experience with the Perelli stock tires was that they wore out at 19,000 miles, required numerous puncture repairs, and during their first test backcountry, the sidewall blew out, leaving me stranded.
pirelli 20 ATs done at 22k miles.
