Tires Pirelli or OEM Porsche
Pirelli ok din po. Hindi maingay at makapit sa rain.
I have Pirelli Scorpions All Season tires on my car. They have done well in CT snow for the last 3 years so I just got a new set.
If you don’t have much snow I would recommend Pirelli Cinturati All-season SF3. They are brilliant.
Always been a fan of the Pirelli Scorpion A/Ts, they perform better in the rain IMO. While I know you may be thinking, “buddy I’m not riding in the rain”, you will be hitting little creeks or riding on wet grass every so often.
I fitted the same tires this summer on my Audi A5. UK, Essex. Very pleased with them for now, done about 3000 mls on them. My only concern about this tires is life expectancy.
Pirelli makes great sport tyres, but they wear out unbelievably fast.
Pirelli tires are not perfect. But at least gives better and consistent feeling on the front according to the riders. But their compounds tend to wear more compared to michelin.
They are pretty mid and suck in snow. I had a loaner XC60 this weekend and took it up into the mountains and it felt downright dangerous.
Had an alignment done at a Porsche dealer here in TX, gave them a printout of the specs a shop in CA had aligned it to. Come to find out they were way off and I ended up destroying the inside edge of my front track tires.
Anything Pirelli, nothing but hot ass garbage, I’ll run $40 Douglas tires before Pirellis.
