Vredestein Tires

I just in installed 4 of the Vredestein Quatrac Pro from TireRack. They've been on for 2 weeks and initial impressions are much improved over the Giti's. They also have the 3PMSF symbol as well.

Pros: much improved over Giti

Pirelli Tires

A few years ago I went to purchase Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 tires 225/45/18r at discount tire...they wouldn't sell AND mount for my Alltrack the Load Index Rating for that size is 91, they told me the minimum LIR is 95 for the Alltrack, they said it's a liability issue for them. I purchased Pirelli P Zero + and they are surprisingly great tires.

Pros: surprisingly great tires
Vehicle: Volkswagen

Pirelli Tires

I have Pirellis, but I have the Scorpion All Season Verde. They are the best tires I’ve used so far out of the stock and some Continentals.

Pros: best tires used

Pirelli Tires

While others swear by Michelin and Continental, I've got Pirellis on my 2019 Sport GT. My rationale is that if Pirelli is good enough for F1, it's good enough for me. I also bought my winter rims and tires when I bought my vehicle, and Pirelli is what the dealer suggested.

Pros: good enough for F1
Cons: pricey
Vehicle: Mazda 3

Pirelli Tires
jbird600
Rating 2.5
  • Grip:
  • Ride comfort:

My Mustang came from the factory with P-Zero summer tires and I too can confirm that they are pretty "brittle" and lacking in grip until you get a lot of heat into them.

Cons: brittle, lacking grip

Pirelli Tires

I hope Pirelli gets punished. It's not about the race really, they fucking crashed going 300km/h, so fucking dangerous.

Pros: dangerous, crashed going 300km/h

Pirelli Tires

Had the Pirelli P Zero on my 2014 GTI when I originally bought it, and they were probably one of the worst tires I've had the displeasure of experiencing (esp. in the winter).

Pros: null
Cons: worst tires, bad winter
Vehicle: Volkswagen
