Tires Uniroyal or GT Radial
When I did transport work and needed tires, I had very good luck with some Walmart bought tires. All in I think I was around $700. I went with GT Radial Adventuro AT3 All Terrain in 275/65/18. I put about 53,000 miles in them before I sold the truck and they handled all types of weather and road conditions. Highway, snow covered roads, occasional dirt roads and wet and never had an issue with them. Road noise was slightly louder than stock tires but based on tread pattern, it was to be expected. I would definitely buy these tires again for my truck.
Budget option? Uniroyal Tiger Paw A/S Touring (Michelin tier 3 brand, really solid lesser known/ran but recommend them dollar for dollar over most Michelins)
Check out GT Radial or Giti.
They are mid ranged and so far ive been really impressed with them on mine. Good all rounders with grip and low rolling resistance.
I use Uniroyal winter tires, and I'm happy with the quality vs the price.
I'm a fan of the Uniroyal Laredo HT. Uniroyal is owned by Michelin but you'll save upwards of 75 bucks or more per tire.
Uniroyal has been a great tire for 130 years too
Been pleasantly surprised at how good they are. Car handles as well as it did with stock tires. They have 65K mile warranty. They also are not louder than stock tires.
I bought them last year for my Nissan and they have been really good. Very grippy, low noise and smooth. The compound feels to be on the softer side but haven't seen excessive wear yet.
True budget greats to me are definitely uniroyal rain sport 3. Not dead cheap but used em on the front of all my drift cars for grip and havent got a single complaint.
The socal 86 cup is sponsored by them, so they've all I've ever used. They're more like 260tw. But I got 245 r40 17 for like $80 each. They're not the best, but they're the best for the money.
Had Uniroyal tiger paws on my s10 - worst handling tires ive had on snow. Wore like rocks tho.
