You may also look at Nankang AR1, 100tw semi slicks, if it’s only for track and dry days.
I had great experience, my car weighs 3k lbs, and the set lasted me for 16-17 track days, and it was a used set.
The grip in these tires is insane and improved braking drastically.

Nankang are cheap budget tires. They might have ran out of money recently and have been cutting corners on maintenance.

Also, Uniroyal has extremely soft rubber compound. All their tyres were very quickly.

It's a uniroyal, probably has pinched steel in sidewall, it will blow sooner than later. Junk it.
