Tires Uniroyal or Sava
I have no experience with Tiger Paw tires but the Uniroyal Rain Sport 3 is one of the best tires I've driven.

I picked up some uniroyal winter snow and ice II. On the cheaper side, made by Michelin. I ran them before on my BMW 325xi. Never had an issue. I would think the same for our tiguan is 4 motion.

I was in a tire shop at lunch and was introduced to Sava, a company recently bought by Goodyear. The guy told me that the quality is excellent. They seemed to be pretty well built from touch/feel of them.
