Water pump AISIN or OEM Audi
I just replaced the water pump on my 2011 today. Took me about 1.5 hours and was 150$ from Amazon. Aisin pump.
Replace water pump. 100% oem or aisin.
Use a good pump like a Aisin, cause you don’t want to do it again in a year.
When I bought Aisin water pumps for some of my other Toyota/Lexus vehicles, the embossed Toyota emblem on the pump would be ground off.
Get the Aisin one off rockauto, I just replaced mine with it.
I have a 2018 A7 and I had to replace the water pump (which apparently is pretty standard). The dealership charged me $1450 in an affluent Philly suburb for what that\u2019s worth.
Bought it in October, had it exactly 1 week, and the water pump blew. The dealer replaced it for free
I was topping up the coolant every month or so. Was advised I would need a new water pump, which I was expecting
Had to get water pump done on my A6 at 90000km / ~56000 miles. Was a couple years older than yours at the time, but still felt pretty low mileage to me.
Like others have suggested, either get an OEM or Aisin water pump or be prepared to make this an annual event.
