Windshield Tesla or OEM Honda
My 10 Gen had 2 rock spots in the windshield, never cracked.
Nothing like having that factory H logo glass on a 21yo beauty
Had to have our Tesla windshield replaced last year, but it’s good as new.
The 1k non-tesla one - earns the 1k value... glass is not as clear, but manageable for a 1k difference. BUT next time I have to replace... I am thinking to get the OEM.
My factory windshield cracked in two different places within the first 4 months I had the car. I would say they were smallish rocks that caused the damage.
OEM glass sucks and pits the easiest. Makes sense because my 07 with 78k miles has way worse glass than my others cars with double the mileage.
In my 2025 Honda I bought in May; I’ve had to replace it twice already. I’m not sure if I even want to replace it again with the 2nd crack.
J’ai le même problème La Par brise de mon HOnda HRV vient d’absout une fissure.Je ne comprends pas
Broke my Honda Windshield. I’ve never had a broken windshield before.
Yeah, there is definitely some sort of weakness in the type of glass they use IMO. Picked up my MYLR (new 2023) in August last year…35K miles and 2 windshield replacements. Both times a small chip from a rock kicked up from a semi while traveling on the interstate walked all the way across the windshield within hours.
